豚管家會付退款給我嗎？
先說清楚：豚管家不會退錢給你，也不會經手你的任何一毛錢，只是幫你把退稅顧好、不要漏掉。真正的退款，是海關確認你把東西帶出境之後，由店家或他們合作的退稅公司退給你。
讀錯了怎麼辦？
讀取結果在存檔前都可以改；讀不到時也可以手動輸入。品項加起來和合計對不上時，App 會標出來請你確認。
換手機時資料怎麼帶走？
在舊手機的「設定 → 資料 → 匯出 JSON（可再匯入）」，到新手機用「匯入 JSON」。匯出不包含收據照片。iPhone 的備份（例如 iCloud 備份）也會包含 App 的資料。
怎麼刪除我的資料？
設定 → 資料 →「刪除這台裝置上的所有資料」會刪除收據、照片、提醒與設定。 我們的伺服器不保存你的收據；讀取次數計數與 App Attest 公鑰依隱私權政策寫的期限自動刪除，不需要另外申請。
規則寫錯了怎麼回報？
App 裡「設定 → 關於 → 回報規則錯誤」會開一封預填 App 與規則版本的郵件，不附任何收據資料。也可以直接寫信給我們。

Does Capy Keeper pay my refund?
Capy Keeper doesn’t pay refunds or handle any money. It helps you not lose your refund. Refunds are paid by the store or its refund operator after Customs confirms your export.
What if a receipt is read wrong?
You can edit everything before saving, or type a receipt in by hand if it can’t be read. When the items don’t add up to the total, the app flags it for you to check.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
On the old phone go to Settings → Data → Export JSON (can be imported again), then use Import JSON on the new phone. The export doesn’t include receipt photos. iPhone backups (such as iCloud Backup) also include the app’s data.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Data → “Delete all data on this device” removes receipts, photos, reminders and settings. Our server doesn’t keep your receipts. Read counts and the App Attest key are deleted automatically after the periods in the Privacy Policy, so there is nothing to request.
How do I report a wrong rule?
In the app, Settings → About → Report a rule error opens an email pre-filled with the app and rules version, with no receipt data. You can also email us directly.

카피바라 집사는 환급금을 지급하거나 돈을 다루지 않습니다. 환급을 놓치지 않도록 돕는 앱입니다. 환급은 세관 확인 후 매장 또는 매장이 위탁한 환급 업체가 지급합니다.
영수증을 잘못 읽었으면요?
저장하기 전에 모든 내용을 고칠 수 있고, 읽지 못하면 직접 입력할 수도 있어요. 품목 합계가 총액과 맞지 않으면 앱이 표시해서 확인을 요청해요.
휴대폰을 바꾸면 데이터는 어떻게 옮기나요?
이전 휴대폰에서 설정 → 데이터 → JSON 내보내기 (다시 가져오기 가능)를 한 뒤, 새 휴대폰에서 JSON 가져오기를 사용하세요. 내보내기에는 영수증 사진이 포함되지 않아요. iPhone 백업(예: iCloud 백업)에도 앱 데이터가 포함돼요.
내 데이터는 어떻게 삭제하나요?
설정 → 데이터 → 「이 기기의 모든 데이터 삭제」를 누르면 영수증, 사진, 알림, 설정이 삭제돼요. 서버는 영수증을 보관하지 않아요. 읽기 횟수와 App Attest 공개 키는 개인정보 처리방침에 적힌 기간이 지나면 자동으로 삭제되므로 따로 요청할 필요가 없어요.
규칙이 틀렸으면 어떻게 알리나요?
앱의 설정 → 정보 → 규칙 오류 신고를 누르면 앱과 규칙 버전이 채워진 메일이 열려요. 영수증 데이터는 첨부되지 않아요. 메일로 직접 보내셔도 돼요.
